The main job of the Product Specialist is to ensuring a positive customer experience by fielding and guiding development of the Electronics Product Line. They are highly responsible for analyzing customer comments. And also, use that information to form strategies for improvement and growth of the product. Such information includes writing and editing user instructions, specifying web based information, recommending tracking parameters, training tech service personnel, documenting installation procedures, suggest and recommend electronics projects, etc. In accordance to that, the product specialist will track, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales figures for the electronics product line and report that information. Most importantly, it is the duty of the product specialist to be acutely aware of the motorcycle industry and its trends in order to effectively carry out all essential job functions. Such person for product expertise will play a key role in new product development.
